The hotel is ideally located for those wanting to explore the surrounding area, with easy access to the village center, rides over the Gotthard Pass, and cycling routes. The rooms are clean and functional, with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a range of options, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Located in the heart of this mountain town, you're only steps away from all the attractions, restaurants and shops. the ski lift is conveniently close by, so you can be on the slopes in no time. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. the staff are friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any request. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking or just exploring, this hotel is a great choice.
The noise from the street can be heard in some of the rooms, so be sure to ask for a quieter one if you're a light sleeper.

Best aspects of my xmas experience at this mountain hotel were the delicious breakfast and the cozy rooms. The location was perfect, close to the city center and surrounded by beautiful mountains. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the staff.
In terms of dislikes, I found that the shared bathroom was not very convenient and the price for the room was a bit high. , the lack of basic toiletries and the fact that there wasn't anyone at the reception desk at times made things a bit difficult.
